In 1972, our company was founded by Roy Swan. After spending years as a successful agent he incorporated the company in 1980 as Swan Investments International Inc., a California corporation. Its principle business was investing in the acquisition of properties for rehabilitation and resale. Soon thereafter, the company expanded into a large real estate brokerage and operated as a top producing office in various franchise systems.

In 1987, the company expanded once again to include a very successful mortgage banking firm, 'International Mortgage' to operate along with its sister company in real estate sales. As a member of the Mortgage Banker's Association, International Mortgage continues to subscribe to the code of ethics established by this national organization.

Jesse Hernandez came into the company in 1990 as a loan officer and quickly moved into management. Shortly thereafter, he became a partner with Roy Swan in International Mortgage. Before long, the company expanded to purchase and operate several different franchises as a top producing, award-winning company.

As their partnership flourished, they realized that no other company had successfully created a balance between the functions of a mortgage company and the needs of a real estate franchise. They decided to create the industry's first full-service franchise and bring multiple streams of income to the real estate broker while revolutionizing the industry.

The company is primarily known as 'International Real Estate Services', but is also recognized as IRES. IRES is currently in an aggressive growth and marketing campaign that was launched in early 2005 with the Los Angeles Times and many major magazines, that is causing industry leaders to take special notice of this exciting new full-service real estate franchise opportunity.

IRES is a growing franchise opportunity in southern California. There are corporate-owned offices in addition to franchise offices throughout southern California today with other states expressing great interest.
