The Industry’s First Full-Service experience

Our company was founded in 1972 as a family business. Its principle business was investing in the acquisition of properties for rehabilitation and resale. Soon thereafter, the company expanded in 1984 as a large brokerage and operated as a top producing office in various franchise systems.
In 1987, the company expanded once again to include a very successful mortgage banking firm, funding over 50 million a month in their retail lending division. “International Mortgage” to operate along with its sister company in real estate sales.
In 1990, the company expanded to purchase and operate several different franchises as a top producing, award-winning company. The partners in the company soon realized that there wasn’t a balance between a mortgage company and the traditional real estate franchise companies. That’s when they decided to create the industry’s first full-service franchise revolutionizing the industry.
The company leaders saw a change in the real estate industry and changed marketing strategies to a full service one-stop shop. In 1996 the company expanded from Covina to different market areas including Upland, Rancho Cucamonga and Arcadia Ca. The strategy was to expand the real estate division footprint in order to serve the San Gabriel Valley.
International Mortgage became a mortgage banker, utilizing its own warehouse lines and a wide range of loan products. Funding over 1.5 billion dollars of mortgages to help homeowners and first-time buyers reach the American dream.
In November of 2004, the company launched the real estate industries only full service franchise, International Real Estate Services®, with the vision that consumers can have a full service experience. A “one-stop shop” for real estate transactions.
The company is primarily known as “International Real Estate Services”, but is also recognized as IRES®. IRES® launch’s an aggressive growth and marketing campaign with the Los Angeles Times® and many major magazines, television and radio that is causing industry leaders to take special notice of this exciting new full-service real estate company 1 million dollars in sales a day. Since the launch of the IRES® brand, we have become one of the fastest growing companies in Southern California.
IRES® continues to pursue its growth strategy aimed at anticipating our consumer’s needs and providing services to emerging markets. Our newest offices in the Montclair and Downtown Covina in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley will increase the convenience to our consumers and surrounded communities.
